Manage Tasks

Manage Quick Tasks in Connecteam: list task boards, create/update/delete tasks, manage sub-tasks, and view labels. Tasks can be assigned to users with due dates and organized on boards.

Create Users

Create one or more users/employees in Connecteam. Supports batch creation of up to 25 users at a time. Can optionally send an activation SMS to new users.

Manage Onboarding

Manage onboarding packs: list available packs, view pack assignments, and assign users to onboarding packs. Part of the HR integration flow for employee onboarding.

Send Chat Message

Send a message in Connecteam Chat. Can send to an existing conversation (team chat/channel) or as a private message (DM) to a specific user via a custom publisher. If a private conversation already exists, it will be reused.

Manage Jobs

Create, retrieve, update, and delete jobs in Connecteam. Jobs are used for scheduling and time tracking. Supports sub-jobs, GPS locations, custom fields, and batch creation (up to 500 per request).

Manage Forms

Retrieve forms and form submissions from Connecteam. List all forms, get form details with questions, or retrieve submissions with answers. Useful for automating data collection workflows like inspections, orders, and reports.

Manage Scheduler

Manage employee shift scheduling: list schedulers, retrieve/create/update/delete shifts, view shift custom fields and layers, and manage unavailabilities. Use this for all shift scheduling operations.

Get Custom Fields

Retrieve user custom field definitions and categories from Connecteam. Also retrieves smart groups. Useful for understanding the available custom fields before creating or updating users.

Manage Time off

Manage employee time-off: list policy types, view balances, create/update time-off requests, and update balances. Covers the full time-off workflow from viewing policies to submitting and managing requests.

Manage Time Clock

Perform time clock operations: clock in/out a user, list time clocks, retrieve time activities, or get timesheet totals. Use this to manage employee work hours and track attendance.

List Conversations

Retrieve a list of chat conversations (team chats and channels) from Connecteam. Private conversations are not included. Also retrieves custom publishers that can be used to send messages.

Update Users

Update one or more users in Connecteam. Can modify names, phone numbers, emails, custom fields, and archive/restore users. Also supports promoting a user to admin and archiving users. Only specified fields are updated; unspecified fields remain unchanged.

List Users

Retrieve a list of users/employees from Connecteam. Supports filtering by user IDs, status, names, phone numbers, email addresses, and creation/modification dates. Results are paginated.
