Supports creating new contacts, updating existing ones by email, finding contacts by email/ID/token, and managing GDPR consent, tags, notes, and custom fields. Use **override** to replace existing values rather than merging. Tags added here are additive; use the dedicated tag management tool to remove tags.

Manage Administrator

List, create, update, find, or remove account administrators in Simplero. Supports assigning system roles (Co-Owner=1, Admin=2, Basic admin=3, Assistant=8, Support specialist=9, Affiliate manager=10) or custom roles. Can auto-generate credentials and send invitation messages.

Manage Product

List products, get product details, and create free purchases for products in Simplero. Also supports searching and looking up existing purchases by email, ID, or token.

Manage List Subscription

Subscribe or unsubscribe contacts from mailing lists, look up existing subscriptions, or list all available mailing lists. Supports single and bulk subscriptions (up to 1,000 at a time). Bulk subscribe is asynchronous and returns a tracking token.

Tag Contact

Add or remove tags from a contact in Simplero. Identify the contact by email, ID, or token. Supports adding and removing tags by name, or using tag IDs for more precise control.

Start Automation

Start an automation for a contact in Simplero, or list all available automations. The contact will be created if they don't already exist.

Get Course Completions

Retrieve course completion progress for a contact across all courses in Simplero. Returns a nested structure with courses, modules, and lessons along with their completion status.

List Tags

Retrieve all tags or a specific tag by ID from your Simplero account. Useful for discovering available tag names and IDs for use with the Tag Contact tool.
