Create Questionnaire Request

Create a questionnaire request for intake/triage workflows. Used to submit a questionnaire from an external system (e.g., Salesforce, a ticketing system) into Conveyor's processing pipeline. Provide either an external ID or Salesforce case IDs.

Grant Authorization

Grant Trust Center access to a user. You can either approve a pending authorization request (by providing the requestId) or directly invite a user by email. Optionally assign access groups, bypass NDA, and set an expiration date.

Retrieve all access groups configured in your Trust Center. Access groups control which documents and content specific connections can see. Use these IDs when granting authorizations or managing document access.

Delete a folder from your Trust Center. This removes the folder but does not delete the documents within it.

Update metadata of a Trust Center document. Modify the name, description, certification badge, access level, folder, access groups, and other settings. Only provided fields are updated.

Ignore Authorization Request

Deny/ignore a pending Trust Center access request. Sets the request status to "ignored" so the requester is not granted access. Requires the reviewer's email for audit purposes.
