Get the latest real-time weather conditions from a specific device. Unlike historical data which may be delayed, this returns the most up-to-date reading available. Includes temperature, humidity, wind, pressure, rain, and all other sensors available on the station.
List all weather station devices registered to the user's Ambient Weather account. Returns each device's MAC address, name, location, and its **most recent** sensor readings (temperature, humidity, wind, rain, etc.). Use this to discover available devices before fetching historical data.
