Add Participant

Add a participant (guest) to an Evenium event. You can either invite an existing contact by providing their contact ID, or create a new guest by providing their name and email. Optionally set the registration status, company, and gender.

Manage Contact

Create, update, or retrieve a contact in the Evenium contact database. Use **action** "create" to add a new contact, "update" to modify an existing one (requires contactId), or "get" to retrieve a contact's details.

Create Event

Create a new event in Evenium. Requires a title and start date at minimum. Optionally include an end date and description.

List Participants

Retrieve the list of participants (guests) for a specific Evenium event. Supports filtering by registration status, name, company, and date range. Use this to view who is registered for an event or to find specific attendees.

List Contacts

Retrieve contacts from your Evenium contact database. Supports filtering by name, email, company, and modification date. Use this to browse your contact list or search for specific contacts.

Update Participant Status

Update the registration status of a participant on an Evenium event. Use this to confirm, cancel, decline, or change the status of an attendee's registration.

List Events

Retrieve a list of events from your Evenium account. Supports filtering by title, status, and date range. Use this to browse events, find specific events by criteria, or get an overview of upcoming/past events.

Get Event

Retrieve detailed information about a specific Evenium event by its ID. Returns the event's title, dates, status, description, and URL. Supports both Evenium IDs and external IDs (prefixed with `ext:`).

List Event Sessions

List the sessions or event parts of an event, with dates, location, custom fields, and page continuation data. Call list_events to discover event IDs.

Get Participant

Retrieve one event participant, including registration and custom fields. Call list_events and list_participants to discover event and contact IDs.

List Contact Events

Find the events associated with a contact, including registration data in the provider result. Call list_contacts to discover the contact ID.

Update Participant

Update an event participant’s details, registration status, category, or custom fields. Call list_events and list_participants to discover event and contact IDs.
