Send Template for Signing

Send a PDF template or form template for signing to one or more recipients. Supports custom email subjects and messages per recipient, as well as custom template variables.

Get Form Responses

Retrieve submitted answers and metadata for a form or a specific response. Provide formId, responseId, or both. Page and limit apply when listing by formId only.

List Documents

Retrieve single-signature PDFs or PDF templates from a BoloForms workspace, including document IDs, statuses, and signing progress. Supply the workspace UUID associated with the API key. Supports document type, status, archive, date range, and pagination filters.

Get Template Respondents

Retrieve signer details, statuses, and signing progress for a PDF template or a specific respondent document. Provide templateId, respondentDocumentId, or both.

Void Signing Document

Void an in-progress single-signature PDF or a PDF template respondent document. Returns the document identifier and void status. Already-voided documents can be submitted again safely.

Send Signing Reminder

Send reminder emails or SMS to pending signers on a single-signature PDF or a PDF template respondent document. Respects signing order and returns reminded and skipped signer details.
